PAYOXY – EPOXYDIZED SOYBEAN OIL

PAYOXY (Epoxidized Soybean Oil - ESBO) is a soya bean oil-based light coloured secondary plasticizer, manufactured through the process of epoxidation. The epoxide group is more reactive due to double bonds, thus making it a good hydrochloric acid scavenger and plasticizer. It is a bio-degradable, renewable replacement and cost efficient alternative for phthalate plasticizers in PVC compounds, applications and other plastic materials.
