Investor had problems with roof leaks. Many other solutions were applied on the roof without a satisfactory effect. In 2018, a part of the roof with an area of 7,000 m was renovated with COOL-R. Due to the good waterproofing results and reducing the temperature inside the building, another roof of the shoe factory was covered in 2019.
